There she acquired the key investigation and negotiating skills necessary to handle complex claim scenarios - experience and knowledge she applies on a daily basis at Lumley.

Jim Wiles(FCILT) New Zealand Torque Fleet Risk ManagerJim has held a number of senior positions with the MOT and was MD of a driver training organisation. Jim joined Lumley in 1998 to establish the Fleet Risk Management division and is an expert in implementing crash reduction programmes.
Jim is a member of the RTA and sits on various transport industry committees. -
Ian TaylorCommercial Motor Centre of Expertise ManagerIan Taylor has worked in the insurance motor industry for 28 years. He has managed a number of branch operations and has specialised in Commercial Motor for the last 10 years.
Ian is an ANZIIF fellow. -
Alan LaceyManager Motor Assessing CMVAlan has spent his entire career in the motor industry and has been with Lumley for just under 20 years. He began as a heavy motor assessor, then became a supervising assessor. Alan now manages Lumley's National Assessor operation.
Alan represents Lumley on the Insurance Council Motor committee and various industry groups. -
Bronwyn MacCarthyANZIIF (SNR ASSOC) CIP - Commercial Motor Claims ManagerBronwyn has been in the industry for 19 years. She has a strong background in Personal Lines and Commercial Motor claims.
Bronwyn is a member of ANZIFF and has a Diploma in Financial Services (Senior Associate).
