Cover for compensation arising from claims against the board of trustees, an employee, the LSM or Commissioner or a Committee of the school for a wrongful act committed in the management of your school.

Includes claims for sexual molestation (provided that it is not barred by Statute) of a student by an Insured while in the school’s care.

Cover for legal defence costs for an Insured for defending criminal prosecutions arising out of school management.
