the companies in Lumley Group (referred to on the site as "we", "us", "our" or "Lumley").
By accessing our site you agree to our terms of access listed below (as updated

information contained within the site. You will not use this site for any purpose
which is illegal, objectionable, defamatory or which could potentially damage the
reputation of Lumley, or reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to reverse engineer
or decompile this site.
On-line claim forms and indemnity
Where this site allows you to submit claim forms online, you will ensure that all
information submitted in an online claim form is accurate and complete. You indemnify
Lumley from any all loss, damage, liability, costs or expense arising from or in
connection with any breach of this clause. Once we have commenced processing your
online claim form, we will contact you to confirm the details contained in the claim
form and notify you of any further information we may require in order to process
your claim, such as signatures or receipts. If you have submitted a claim form and
not received confirmation of receipt from us within [5] working days, please contact
us by telephone or email to check that we have received your claim form. For the
avoidance of doubt, your claim will only be accepted by us if and when we explicitly
notify you of this in writing.
Liability
We disclaim, to the extent permitted by law, all liability or responsibility to
anyone for any direct or indirect loss or damage that may result from your access
or use of our site.
Changes to content
All content on this site (including these terms of use) is subject to change at
any time.
Jurisdiction
Unless otherwise specified, the content on this site has been prepared in accordance
with New Zealand law for the supply of products and services to persons resident
in New Zealand only. The content of this site and any contracts formed with Lumley
