Benchmark Club
The Lumley Benchmark Club was established to set standards that transport operators can use to judge their own performance and make improvements if necessary and be benchmarked against other transport operators.
How it works
- A group of selected clients feed data into a common database (Torque Data)
- This information is used to identify best practice standards
- It gives members the opportunity to assess their own performance in relation to their peer group
(Note: Privacy of information is guaranteed as members are not referred to in any documentation and access to other members’ information is restricted.)
Benefits
- Access to benchmark analysis and the support database
- Opportunity to assess performance
- Ability to identify best practice standards and define strategies for improvement
Members are Lumley clients who work in the transport industry and who maintain a fleet of vehicles. Membership is by invitation only.
