Traction Programme

To provide greater support in managing your fleet’s risk, we have created the Traction Formula for Excellence programme. Supported by an online survey comprising of 15 key principles, practices and behaviours. Traction identifies the risks that prevent your business achieving its objectives.

How your company can gain some real Traction:

• Participate in the online survey to assess which aspects of your business are creating “at risk behaviours.”  The survey is completed by employees and employers anonymously and your company is then supplied with a set of qualitative and quantitative results.
• The survey results provide your company with productive feedback, along with a report which can be used to prioritise actions.
• The Torque team then interprets the results with you and works with your business utilising a range of customised resources and programmes to help minimise risks and costs to your business, improving the management of your fleet.
• Support documents are provided by the Torque team to help you work through at risk behaviours.
• Review: we recommend repeating the survey six monthly to see how your company is treating and tracking the risks and trends identified by the Traction programme.
