Lumley has launched their refreshed website in August, offering improved design and better navigation to help Brokers quickly find the information they are looking for.

The new website brings all areas of the Lumley offering together (Lumley General, Lumley Broker, Lumley Business Solutions, and Lumley Finance), and features a new 'Quick Links' section for Brokers to easily access the tools and downloads they most frequently use. It will also provide better opportunities to hear about Lumley's latest news and events, and to find out more about their value-add services.

Using a modern and dynamic platform, the site also features a new 'Find A Broker' function, which will direct potential customers to Brokers in their local area.

"The refreshed Lumley website is much easier to use, making life easier for Brokers who are trying to quickly locate a particular form, online system or brochure, all from the home page," says Kristin McNamara, Lumley's Marketing Manager.

"In creating the new site we analysed the statistics from our existing websites and worked out what Brokers were most frequently looking for when they visit our site. We then took this information and modelled the new site around it - creating a better overall experience for our customers."

Kristin says: "The new look and feel of the site is a better reflection of Lumley's organised, colourful and dynamic brand personality, and provides opportunities to showcase the various campaigns we have been working on for Brokers. This will not only provide Brokers with the latest information, but also with tools to assist in the sales process.
