Claims Process

Our Claims team members are ready to take your call and help you with your new or existing claim.

If you are calling about a new claim, you will need to provide us with as much information as possible so that we can assess what steps need to be taken.

  • If you need immediate assistance (i.e. you need a tow truck, repairer, plumber, glazier, carpet cleaner etc) we will provide you with contact details for our recommended service people
  • If a Loss Adjustor or Assessor is needed we will ensure they contact you within 24 hours to progress the claim
  • We will manage the claim on an ongoing basis and keep you informed of progress until all aspects of your claim have been finalised and resolved.
