Canterbury Earthquakes

Responding to the on-going Canterbury earthquakes and aftershocks is a top priority for Lumley.

We want to reassure Lumley customers that we understand this is a stressful situation and that our dedicated Earthquake Response Team is working hard to make the insurance claims process as straightforward as possible for you.

For our domestic customers, you should have already contacted the Earthquake Commission (EQC) with your home and contents claims.  EQC will then notify us if any one of your house claims is thought likely to exceed $100,000 (plus GST), and we’ll take over.
