Our Trustees Liability insurance policy provides cover to individual trustees and officers.
Policy details
- Covers trustees or office bearers for committing a wrongful act that leads to interested parties such as creditors or beneficiaries suffering a financial loss
- If the trust provides indemnification to the individual in such an event, Lumley will pay the loss on behalf of the trust
- If the trust does not provide indemnification, Lumley will pay the loss on behalf of the individual
