Our Statutory Liability insurance policy protects businesses from prosecution under Acts of Parliament applicable in the ordinary course of the Insured’s business.

Statutory Liability insurance policy benefits

• Indemnifies the Insured for the costs of investigating and defending a prosecution as a result of an unintentional breach of the law under most Acts of Parliament*
• The policy will pay the monetary penalty imposed, where it is legal to do so
