Lumley has launched a new suite of policy administration systems.

Designed to provide our Broker partners with quicker turn-around times and more efficient service, Lumley commenced rolling out the Guidewire suite of products, which includes PolicyCenter, BillingCenter and the latest version of our existing ClaimCenter system for select lines of commercial business.

The roll-out will be carried out over a 12-month period, and is being implemented on a product-by-product basis, with Commercial Motor the first product to go live in March 2011.

These new systems represent a significant investment from Lumley, and we are confident of the tangible benefits they will offer our broker partners and customers.
