You and your clients can access help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This service is provided through our Centres of Expertise, during office hours and via a specialist service provider after normal business hours.
Our after hours claims service will, if required: - Arrange for a loss adjuster to call
- Arrange for a tow operator to remove a vehicle from an accident scene
- Arrange carpet cleaners, glaziers, plumbers etc.
- Provide advice on how to proceed with making a claim
- Notify us that we need to contact your client
Note: If a tradesperson is required after hours, the insured should pay for the service and then seek reimbursement from us.
