We make it our job to meet that promise, speedily and compassionately, providing financial reimbursement and practical support when it’s needed most.

How it works:

Our cross-functional teams work together in our Centres of Expertise (COE) on underwriting and claims
Brokers are allocated dedicated claims handlers within each Centre of Expertise who are responsible for handling their claims queries
This ensures they have personal knowledge of the business they are dealing with and that we can be quicker and more accurate when we respond to your claims

Leadership Team

John Lyon

John was appointed CEO of Lumley in May 2008 and is responsible for strategic direction and operational performance of the company. He reports regularly to the Lumley Board and to Wesfarmers.

Dean Edwards

As GM Broker Distribution, Dean is responsible for Lumley's branch network, our Broker partners programme and the Marketing team and ably leads the execution of Lumley Broker's distribution strategies.

Paul Withers

Paul’s primary responsibility is to manage and lead Lumley’s Branch operations. He oversees seven branches nationwide, and three local area offices.

Paul Munton

As GM Broker Products, Paul is responsible for leading Lumley's product portfolios as we strengthen our claims and underwriting performance, and execute our business strategies.
