As GM Broker Distribution, Dean is responsible for Lumley's branch network, our Broker partners programme and the Marketing team and ably leads the execution of Lumley Broker's distribution strategies.

Dean has 20 years' insurance experience in both broking and underwriting. Dean has extensive knowledge in Liability underwriting and before his current position he was the Lumley Broker Commercial Insurance and Relationship Manager.

As GM Broker Products, Paul is responsible for leading Lumley's product portfolios as we strengthen our claims and underwriting performance, and execute our business strategies.

Paul has vast experience and knowledge of the insurance industry having worked in both the re-insurance and corporate insurance sectors, and in leadership roles including his previous role as General Manager, Auckland Corporate at Aon.

Paul, along with Dean Edwards manages Lumley's Broker division.

Paul’s primary responsibility is to manage and lead Lumley’s Branch operations.  He oversees seven branches nationwide, and three local area offices. 

Paul joined Lumley in 2000 and he has more than 30 years’ industry experience across a wide range of insurance positions. Prior to becoming Manager - Broker Branches, he was the Lumley Auckland Branch Manager.
