We have made available for our Brokers Earthquake Information Sheets to hand out to customers during a crisis, outlining steps they can take to protect themselves and minimise additional damage to their homes and properties.
We have also included a 'damage checklist', outlining some ideas they could consider to make the claims process easier, and have produced a guide for our Personal Lines customers also, with additional information on the EQC process.
